How to add/edit Teachers




Overview:  This lesson will teach you how to add a new teacher, as well as modify or delete their information.



Adding Teachers

  1. Click your name at the top right
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Calendar
  4. Click  Teachers
  5. Click +New Teacher
  6. Type in the First name and Last name (if desired)
  7. Put in a biography about the teacher.  You can use the HTML box the same as you have with your website and Lounge Blogs to make the biographies more unique and add additional pictures.
  8. Attach a photo in the image upload for the teacher.  This photo will also act as the main thumbnail image on the teacher's page.

You can also add the teacher's personal information, even attach an employee contract!

When you are creating your Teacher Profiles you can set up their payroll amounts as well.

  1. Hourly Rate:  Enter the hourly pay you want your teacher to receive here.  If you would like to pay them only per attendee, simply leave this area blank.
  2. Attendance Bonus Rate:  Enter the amount you want your teacher to make per attendee here.
  3. Bonus Point, Attendees:  Enter how many attendees need to attend before the Teacher will receive the Bonus Rate.  If you are paying only per attendees, leave this area blank.
