Farid founded PerfectMind in 1998 with a vision to change the way organizations manage their operations and build their communities. As CEO and Founder of PerfectMind, Farid drives PerfectMind’s vision and company strategy across all verticals and is directly responsible for re-architecturing the company’s go-to market strategy. He has consulted thousands of organizations and franchises on best practices for systematizing their operations, has a strong understanding of the business tools needed to grow a successful community, and experience in fostering meaningful relationships with customers.
As a pioneer of cloud-based PaaS, Farid has grown a two-man operation into one of the most promising CRM companies in North America. Prior to PerfectMind, Farid was known as Master Dordar, a world-renowned martial arts kickboxing champion.
As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Ali is responsible for governing operations at PerfectMind, and driving change, accountability and excellence across all departments. He works with the Farid to establish the vision, mission and strategic direction for PerfectMind, while driving the short-term and long-term strategic plans. Ali brings over 22 years of experience in technology management and financing. He joined PerfectMind after a ten year span as the Sr. Management Consultant at TELUS.
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in New York, and a Master’s degree from Queen's School of Business at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
As Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Vahid is responsible for growing PerfectMind’s enterprise market and developing new market strategy; developing relationships with appropriate partners, and leading all marketing and events initiatives. He was an essential part of increasing sales and business development over the past five years and introduced PerfectMind into new markets, such as the parks and recreation and education sectors. Prior to joining PerfectMind, Vahid was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Red Frog Solutions. In his position, he increased revenue by 72% in two years, and significantly increased company’s brand presence in the market by developing invaluable client partnerships.

Nima has served as Director of Customer Success since 2010. He is currently responsible for customer support, customer success, implementation teams, digital marketing and instructional design. Nima works closely with customers to ensure implementation of PerfectMind software is as straightforward and smooth as possible. Nima works with his teams to ensure customer-facing sales and service professionals communicate the unique value PerfectMind brings to its customers. Nima is passionate about people and it shows every day - he is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with PerfectMind customers and empowers them to use technology to connect their communities. Nima’s passion for helping build communities is evident he managed 350 accounts as an Account Manager for PerfectMind.
