If you search the internet for CRM, you will find well over 10 million results. This is because CRM, or customer relationship management, is often regarded to be just as important to a business as the people running the business itself.
In today's world, there are little to no untapped markets anymore, all industries have become competitive, and the businesses that flourish are the ones that are able to effectively develop relationships with potential customers, while maintaining and growing the relationships they have with existing customers.
It may seem ironic, but the most effective way to help a business start with a new CRM solution is to start by planning out the areas that will usually be used last - the reporting. By planning out what reports your business needs now as well as in the future, we'll configure the areas that are reported on in a manner that there will never be a report you cannot make in the future. The next step we take we have internally named "noise reduction", this is where we take every measure possible to limit your PerfectCRM interface to only what you need while eliminated unneeded mouse clicks. The goal is for each one of your team members to look forward to logging in everyday to aesthetically attractive software that reflects the way they need to work each day to produce the results expected of them, regardless of their position. The final step is making it yours; we import all data from previous systems and provide private online training designed specifically for your staff. We do accept requests to provide the training onsite for an additional fee, but the other than that the rest is all included with the low monthly licensing options.
Our mentality is that no voice is louder than our customer's, the more they love PerfectCRM, the more we can continue to invest in providing amazing customer service instead of expensive "no actually we're the leading CRM" marketing campaigns! We look forward to working for you.
We couldn't believe our ears when we were told by several CRM Solution providers that we would need to pay extra to support our field reps with an offline version. How ridiculous? Either you pay extra to provide your field reps with mobile internet solutions so they can connect to the internet from anywhere, or you pay extra for the offline licenses that allow the field reps to use the CRM without the internet and sync up upon returning their desk or home office. In a time where businesses are forced to examine all channels for developing new business, why would the CRM providers that claim to understand our needs punish us for wanting to support our field reps that desperately need a smart way to manage appointments and information about their contacts in order to prepared for each meeting? Naturally we decided that in providing an offline version of PerfectCRM we would absorb the costs of maintaining this feature rather than try to pass it on to our customers.
