As CEO and Founder of PerfectMind, Farid drives PerfectMind’s vision and company strategy across all verticals and is directly responsible for re-architecturing the company’s go-to market strategy. He has consulted thousands of organizations and franchises on best practices for systematizing their operations, has a strong understanding of the business tools needed to grow a successful community, and experience in fostering meaningful relationships with customers.
As a pioneer of cloud-based PaaS, Farid has grown a two-man operation into one of the most promising CRM companies in North America. Prior to PerfectMind, Farid was known as Master Dordar, a world-renowned kickboxing champion.
As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Ali is responsible for governing operations at PerfectMind, and driving change, accountability and excellence across all departments. He works with the Farid to establish the vision, mission and strategic direction for PerfectMind, while driving the short-term and long-term strategic plans. Ali brings over 22 years of experience in technology management and financing. He joined PerfectMind after a ten year span as the Sr. Management Consultant at TELUS.
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in New York, and a Master’s degree from Queen's School of Business at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA).
As Director of Sales, Scott is responsible for accelerating PerfectMind’s revenue growth through direct sales channels, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new markets. Between Vancouver based technology companies, Vision Critical & ACL Services, Scott brings a combined 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry to PerfectMind’s Sales Organization, including front-line enterprise sales, growing and leading a highly successful sales development practice, and managing a revenue retention business across a global portfolio of 7,200 accounts. Prior to his entry into the SaaS sector, Scott was heavily involved in the music industry as both a musician and formally trained Audio Engineer, and went on to become a Canadian Juno nominated artist in 2000.
Nima has served Customer Success since 2010. He is currently responsible for customer success department including the implementation, professional services as well as the project management team. Nima works closely with customers to ensure implementation of PerfectMind software is as straightforward and smooth as possible. Nima works with his teams to ensure customer service professionals communicate the unique value PerfectMind brings to its customers. Nima is passionate about people and it shows every day - he is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with PerfectMind customers and empowers them to use technology to connect their communities.
Kouros is a seasoned project and software leader with many years of experience in embedded, mobile, and enterprise software development, processes, and team management. He has been working with PerfectMind since early 2013 in roles such as Director, Software Development, Product Director and most recently Director, Product Development. In this role, he oversees all the aspects of PerfectMind’s product development including Architecture, Development, DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Product Management.
Kouros’ education includes bachelors in engineering (Electrical and Electronics) and arts (English) as well as a Masters degree in Computer Engineering with honors. He started his career in software development (image processing, pattern recognition, command and control systems) in the 1980’s but his main focus for the last fifteen years has been R&D management, project & portfolio management, process improvement, and quality. He has worked for small and large companies such as Philips, Nokia, McKesson, and Dassault Systemes and has been an entrepreneur setting up a couple of startup companies. During his career, he has built and lead highly efficient teams of architects, project managers, multi-disciplinary development departments, both local and offshore. With all his experience, he has still kept the engineering fire at heart and enjoys solving problems for clients and internal team members any chance he gets.
Kouros, a designated Project Management Professional (PMP) and a senior IEEE member, is very hands on with many different product development methodologies but prefers the agile and lean way of thinking. Simple is better.
