5.2.4 Hotfix - October 3rd, 2019 (Environments: LA)

Hotfixes were applied to all LA environments to resolve the following issues:

  • Accounting - General Ledger detail view not populating when checking "cost center" filter
  • Accounting - Attendance ID not copied to GL Journal table on punch down passes by scanning into an event
  • Accounting - No Journals posted on punch down passes using PMScan
  • Billing - Remove the overdue balance from transaction and create a Forfeit payment record
  • Billing - Inconsistency in due dates
  • Billing - Correct tax amount on invoice
  • Billing - Invoice charged after membership was cancelled
  • Billing - Invoice Edit page shows unwanted field "InvoiceAmountWithDiscount"
  • Billing - Next payment due date should be filled out automatically
  • Billing - Create missing transaction G423262
  • Billing - Missing transaction August 25th Debit - Datafix must be date of fix
  • Billing - CartItem Total Amount is not equal Invoice CartItem SubTotal on purchase multiple products with pay on and quantity greater than 1 - Clone for 5.2.4
  • Billing - Ongoing transaction did not create new invoices for October
  • Billing - Unable to view Invoice
  • Billing - G424112 create transaction in PM
  • Billing - Create transaction in PM
  • Billing - Create in PM G422986
  • Calendar - Unlink incorrect transaction and link correct one (data fix)
  • Calendar - Organization Logo is stretched on self check-in
  • Calendar - UI Change on member Login Page - Need to make text bigger
  • Calendar - Drop in is not disabled when enforce facility access check is off
  • Calendar - Paid is always checked for drop-in
  • Calendar - Confirmation is still needed in the period of allow additional scan
  • Calendar - Attendance record not created after allow additional scan time pass
  • Calendar - Custom booking online is not showing event starting further into future e.g. June 08. 2020
  • Calendar - Error when running Scripts to populate historical transaction and cart item history records
  • Calendar - Admin side is looking at online booking setup for age restriction enforcement
  • Calendar - Print button not working after latest Google chrome update (77)
  • Calendar - It no longer asks: "Is this you ?"
  • Calendar - Attend button is not completely visible
  • Calendar - No data shown on Exporting when even page numbers are selected
  • Calendar - Does not show walk in registration when 2 sales are made
  • Calendar - Withdraw button does not do anything when withdraw fee is greater than paid amount
  • Calendar - System doesn't actually charge withdraw fee if it's greater than the refund amount - LA
  • Calendar - Enrolling a member shows an incorrect error for last enrolled member (intermittent) (browser cache related)
  • CRM - Bulk update of existing membership invoices and membership name; required prior to Sep 1st
  • CRM - Update invoice prices (data fix) (ETA Sept 30th)
  • CRM - Disable manager "override permission" button on attendee page
  • CRM - Monthly Revenue Forecast performance
  • CRM - System is saving emergency contact email for consent
  • CRM - Client page throwing an error when saving
  • CRM - Error when loading G424350
  • CRM - Limitation on expanding column widths and hover when selecting subsidy
  • CRM - Unable to Load any plug-in Reports
  • CRM - Unable to reset the password in PM2 from My account page
  • Facility & Space - Document not printing fee correctly after amendment when choosing based on transaction
  • Facility & Space - Facility usage report showing incorrect # as compared to facility booking report
  • Facility & Space - Discrepancy in availability view
  • Facility & Space - Able to select deactivated payment plans
  • Facility & Space - Facility contract extras report, "total hours" column pulling incorrect data
  • Facility & Space - Facility contract names were overwritten with client name
  • Facility & Space - Facility Contract Extra Report shows items outside the date range selected
  • Facility & Space - Facility contract names were overwritten with client name
  • Facility & Space - Fee's Not pulling correctly when adding a repeat pattern after original booking
  • Facility & Space - Error when terminating but refunds anyway

  • Online Community - Webpages not rendering correctly.
  • Platform - Attendance Rating Not Getting Updated Correctly
  • Platform - Cannot See All Locations in Discount Pick List as Finance Admin
  • Platform - Client is not able to sign in with MySites anymore related to release - Clone for 5.2.4
  • Platform - Optimize session size to support Redis session provider
  • Platform - Add sample integration with Gainsight / Aptrinsic
  • PM Scan - Drop in is not disabled when enforce facility access check is off
  • PM Scan - Paid is always checked for drop-in
  • PM Scan - System still uses advanced scan settings when "enforce facility access" is checked off
  • PM Scan - Confirmation is still needed in the period of allow additional scan
  • PM Scan - Attendance record not created after allowing additional scan time pass
  • PM Scan - "Booked" attendance record is not changing to "Attended" when attending via PMscan
  • Store - Thank you page does not have print registration confirmation button and does not send receipt email
