5.1.2 - May 14th, 2018 (Environments: BETA)

Software updates were applied to all BETA environments to resolve the following issues:

  • Activities - “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” message when completing amendment
  • Activities - Attendance Records and punch pass usages doesn't line up
  • Activities - Can’t search for a single booking event online
  • Activities - Can't open new created widgets
  • Activities - Can't refund contract
  • Activities - Creating new event without requiring GL code
  • Activities - Debit refund after withdrawal does not go to terminal
  • Activities - Event group setup not showing the second time the name is clicked
  • Activities - Event not showing up on Schedule Tab to book
  • Activities - Full service name does not display if name is too long
  • Activities - Incorrect refund amount when withdrawing from session on Custom Booking
  • Activities - Mouse clicks are sometimes non-responsive when using Advance Reservation
  • Activities - Newly Created Events do not show up online
  • Activities - Online Booking Widget calendars are not in alphabetical order
  • Activities - Only All Location GL showing when setting facility
  • Activities - Planner view not consistent when switching days
  • Activities - Questionnaire answers not visible on Reservation when repeat pattern is added/modified
  • Activities - Slow performance on completing amendments
  • Activities - Unable to save changes in contracts
  • Activities - Users without access to POS have access to "Add & Process"
  • Billing - Apply as field should not have None option
  • Billing - Payment deposited to the incorrect locations bank accounts
  • Billing - Scheduled invoices were not processed by the system
  • Billing - System showing and charged for incorrect amount
  • POS - Double and Triple charges
  • POS - POS2 Unable to sell tickets
  • POS - Unexpected error occurred when selling membership
  • Reports - Account statement incorrect balance
  • Reports - Daily cash Balance Report Margins issue
  • POS - Able to over use subsidy using split payments at POS
  • POS - Able to overuse account credit on Checkout 2.0
  • POS - Total allocated amount incorrect after discount applied
  • Settings - Extend Duration Button enabled by default on Memberships page layout for members
  • Settings - Performance Issue with Accounts with Large number of clients
  • Settings - Timed workflow not triggering / running
  • Settings - Workflow does not run action to create Activity record
  • Staff - Online account creation does not create account/client
