5.1.2 - May 21st, 2018 (Environments: BETA)

Software updates were applied to all BETA environments to resolve the following issues:

  • Activities - Ability to book same slot twice on a Facility Contract
  • Activities - Adding reservation does not add to reservation cart
  • Activities - Calendar not selectable with eligible online events
  • Activities - Can’t open manage contract page
  • Activities - No conflict triggered for padding time
  • Activities - No option to email receipt after withdrawing from event
  • Activities - Not able to add a facility from Location B when event is for Location A. in view sessions
  • Activities - Object reference not set to an instance of an object
  • Activities - Online Booking Widget categories are not in alphabetical order
  • Activities - Session shows as excluded but still counts towards
  • Activities - Users without access to POS have access to "Add & Process"
  • Activities - Withdrawal refund amount incorrect
  • Billing - Fee type column populating with numerical code instead of type name
  • Billing - GL not balanced for 5/1 5/2
  • Billing - Ongoing membership termination does not prorate refund amount
  • Billing - Terminating ongoing membership create new invoices
  • POS Pay later amount is incorrect for prorated Payment Plan
  • Reports - Activity attendance sheet not printing all attendees
  • Reports - Missing payments, charges, refunds on Account Statement
