5.1.3 - July 9th, 2018 (Environments: LA)

Software updates were applied to all LA environments to resolve the following issues:

  • Activities - Clients check into the series instead of the session
  • Activities - Dependent facilities are conflicting with each other
  • Activities - Facility contracts not showing on client profile
  • Activities - Member is getting booked to a full event and bypasses waitlist
  • Activities - No message to indicate amendment status cannot be rolled over
  • Activities - Not allowing to terminate a contract that has a void payment
  • Activities - Questionnaire pops up 2 times during booking process
  • Activities - Reservation created with same start and end time
  • Activities - Reservations in specific facilities do not pull the rolled over fees
  • Activities - Reserve Facilities not showing additional facilities for booking
  • Activities - Resolving conflicts while creating contract in advanced reservation creates the contract that is not accessible
  • Activities - Tax amount on "contract extras" does not show on client profile
  • Billing - Transaction Not processed on PM but processed on Moneris
  • Clients - Clicking in Payout open new page with error message.
  • Documents - Facility Contract Conditions of Use are cut short
  • Reports - A/R Aging Summary report showing negative balances when there shouldn't be
  • Reports - Contract does not show on Maintenance/Facility Schedule report if all locations are selected
  • Staff - Unable to view GL Account Type object
