5.1.3 - August 13th, 2018 (Environments: Beta)

Software updates were applied to all BETA environments to resolve the following issues:

  • Activities - 100% cancellation fee still refunds client full amount
  • Activities - Advanced Reservation availability View Facility grid not aligning properly
  • Activities - Questionnaire answers on the document are not in the same order as the questionnaire
  • Activities - Unable to delete Single Occurrence event from calendar view under Intro Calendar
  • Clients - Duplicate created when adding family member
  • Clients - Unable to Edit Contacts
  • POS - Down payment changes on POS when we try to sell ongoing membership
  • POS - Payment plan defaults to no payment plan while selling a membership
  • Reports - Adjustable Fees reporting at $0 for all Walk-in customers
  • Reports - Prompts not showing on Event Group Roster Report
