5.1.4 - September 4th, 2018 (Environments: BETA)

Software updates were applied to all BETA environments to resolve the following issues:

  • Activities - Member-side does not let you create family member
  • Activities - Terminating contract with security deposit does not refund full paid amount when you select and then de-select cancellation fee
  • Billing - Freeze function misaligned the scheduled Invoices
  • Billing - Payment Plan not automatically selected when selling ongoing membership from client page
  • Billing - Rounding issue with dividing fee into odd number of sessions
  • Clients - Getting logged out when registering online
  • Marketing - Scheduled Email set to send from Bulk Email is sending from different email
  • POS - Contract cart time differing from contract page time
  • POS - Refund value greater than paid with cash rounding on purchase
  • POS - Selling events through POS is not allowing staff to override the not qualified fee
  • Reports - Credit Summary Report Out of Balance
  • Reports - Facility schedule report does not show additional facility
  • Settings - Product Item Attribute 2 Name still shows despite set to 'None'
